Among the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains is
a beautiful region of river valleys, glacial lakes,
and hills both rugged and rolling.
It has been settled for its scenic wonder,
its farmland, timber, and coal.
The Irish people built canals, railroads, farms
and towns here, and we live here still,
playing our music and carrying on in general.
I have fancifully named this countryside West o´Clare
from the Irish county of origin, and from that
I derive the name of my company as well.
